AC Milan are back in the hunt for Lazio talisman Hernanes amidst reports that the Brazilian’s contract talks with the Biancocelesti have stalled.
The Brazilian has long been on the radar of the Rossoneri as the club were reportedly interested in the 28-year-old dating back to his time at Sao Paulo.
Sportmediaset are reporting that Milan could be set to make a push to land the Brazilian as Hernanes’ deal with the capital club runs until 2015, but talks over an extension have yet to reach a positive conclusion.
However the report indicates that Lazio will demand a large fee to part with the talented 28 year-old despite his contract situation.
Hernanes scored 14 goals in 53 appearances in all competitions for the Biancoclesti last season as the capital club won the Coppa Italia.
