Barbara Berlusconi, the daughter of AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi, stated that she will not look to walk in her father’s footsteps and enter politics but instead focus on the Rossoneri.

Barbara has been on the Rossoneri’s board of directors since April 2011, and she feels she is ready to become more involved with the happenings at the club.

“Neither I, nor Marina [her sister] will enter into the field [of politics],” she told Huffington Post in a recent interview.

“My future is in Milan. In these three years, I think I have gained the experience and the expertise to make an important contribution to a company [Milan] which has been large in the recent past, and which needs to be revived again to achieve prestigious objectives.

“I will serve Milan at length, without a doubt.”

Milan currently sit in tenth place on 12 points after their recent 1-1 draw against Lazio.

Saying so is already speaking like politician. I think AC Milan management staff lacking goal. Focus and motivation and how to get on top again
