Siena have been penalised with another two point deduction for financial irregularities.
The Robur have already been docked three points this season for similar problems, but the Disciplinary Commission have decided to add to their negative tally.
During the summer the club were hours away from being declared bankrupt after being late in paying wages and taxes.
After seven matches of the current Serie B season, Siena are now in 13th position, though would be in fifth place if no points penalties had been given.
