M'Baye Niang AC Milan are reportedly ready to make an offer for youngster M’Baye Niang.

The 18-year-old has been unable to make an impact at the Rossoneri and reports are linking him with a move away from the club, with the Gunners seemingly the favourites to land him.

According to Tribalfootball.com, sources in England speculate that the side could be readying a January bid of around €8 million for the forward.

The Diavolo are already expected to let the young Frenchman go this winter, either on loan to help him mature as a player, or in a permanent deal if the price is right.

Niang joined Milan from French side in August 2012 and has yet to establish himself on the pitch for the side, as he has been unable to score in his 26 league appearances for the club thus far.

- Forza Italia! I'm an Italian-American writer hailing from New York and I love calcio. You could call me an extreme Azzurri supporter and when it comes to Serie A, I mainly support Napoli (with Roma coming in a close second), though I have a great appreciation for all of the Italian teams and their players. Some of my favourite players are Pablo Daniel Osvaldo, Antonio Di Natale, Mario Balotelli, Daniele De Rossi, Lorenzo Insigne, and Francesco Totti (of course). Notice anything they have in common? Outside of Italian football, I am a fan of Liverpool and the New York Red Bulls. Follow me on Twitter for a variety of interesting tweets: @beardedlegend
