Tottenham Hotspur and Roma are thought to be tracking Litex Lovech midfielder Simeon Slavchev.
The 20-year-old midfielder was recently named in Bulgaria’s squad for World Cup qualifiers after outstanding performances for The Oranges
According to Tuttomercatoweb.com and Tuttosport, Spurs and Giallorossi are reportedly considering making bids of €4 million for the midfielder.
Slavchev is also being tracked by Hellas Verona and Serie B side Spezia after making 17 appearances for Litex and bagging 10 goals so far this season.
