AC Milan and Juventus have reportedly been joined by Premier League side Chelsea in keeping tabs on Inter centre-back Andrea Ranocchia, as the three clubs look to battle it out for his signature in the near future.
The 25-year-old Italian international has played a key role in his side’s impressive start to the season, as they lie in fourth place having lost just one of their opening 13 matches, and while his current deal at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza comes to an end in 2015, talks over a renewal have not been forthcoming thus far.
According to Sky Sport 24, the uncertainty over the former Bari defender’s permanence with the Beneamata has alerted several European giants to his availability.
The Assisi native has scored six goals in 99 appearances for Inter since they handed Genoa a reported fee of €12.5 million for full ownership of the player in December 2010.
