Juventus are reported to have made an enquiry into the availability of young Chelsea attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.

The Belgian, 22, only arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer but has struggled to force his way into Jose Mourinho’s starting eleven so far this season.

According to Tuttosport, the West London club may be willing to allow De Bruyne to leave on loan in January in order to give him the game time he needs to guarantee himself a place in Belgium’s World Cup squad for next summer.

It is a deal which would suit all parties, with Juve coach Antonio Conte looking to bolster his squad as he bids for a third consecutive Scudetto title and a sustained challenge in Europe.

The former Werder Bremen man is not the only player thought to be on Conte’s January wish list, with Parma’s Jonathan Biabiany and PSG’s Jérémy Ménez also on the radar of La Vecchia Signora.
