Italian giants AC Milan have reportedly signaled their interest in Wolfsburg’s left-back Ricardo Rodriguez.
The 21-year-old’s recent form has not gone unnoticed as even Premier League club Chelsea seem keen on landing his services.
However according to the British tabloid The Sun, both clubs will have to wait till next summer before submitting their respective bids as the German club is reluctant to lose such a talent mid-way through the current season.
Having shipped 25 goals so far this season, the Rossoneri desperately need solidarity and rigidness in defence, and the signing of Rodriguez will definitely ease those worries.
The Swiss, who signed for the Die Wölfe in 2012 from FC Zurich, is an integral and a regular member of the first team, having made 19 appearances this season and also scoring three goals.
