Chelsea are reportedly considering offering Demba Ba in a swap deal for Inter’s Fredy Guarin.
The Colombian is thought to be interesting Manchester United, who are being linked with a €20 million move for the player.
Now, according to Sky Sport Italia, Chelsea have also held talks with the Nerazzurri, and Blues boss Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on bringing the 27-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
And in a bid to reduce any transfer fee, the Premier League side may consider adding Ba to any transfer.
Guarin has made 15 appearances in Serie A for Inter and would be eligible for the Champions League given the Italian side are not participating in Europe this season.
