George Atangana, agent of Inter striker Ishak Belfodil, has revealed that the player is still unsure of his future as reports continue to link him with a move away from the club this winter.
The 21-year-old is yet to make much of an impact with the Nerazzurri since his arrival from Parma over the summer and could leave the club during the January transfer window due to lack of space in the team’s line up, with Genoa supposedly being one of his options.
Atangana spoke to PianetaGenoa1893.net about his client’s future and conceded that it’s still too early to determine whether or not he’ll be leaving the Biscione.
“The situation with Genoa? For now I haven’t had any contact with them,” said the agent.
“The player is tied to Inter through a five-year contract, so now is still too early to talk about his future.
“Will he remain at Inter? I believe that the situation will be clearer around mid-January.”
