Lazio and Everton are both interested in signing Icelandic striker Alfred Finnbogason, according to reports in England.
The Heerenveen man has come to the attention of the Biancocelesti after scoring 14 goals in 13 Eredivisie matches.
British newspaper The Daily Mirror claims that Everton are pursuing Finnbogason as they look to provide cover for in-form Romelu Lukaku, with Nikica Jelavic struggling and Arouna Kone out for most of the season.
It is thought that Lazio have also entered the race for the player as they look for a reaplacement for Miroslav Klose.
