Atalanta have secured the signing of promising PSV Eindhoven striker Ruben Bentancourt.
The Dea have been looking to add more firepower to their squad as they have been over reliant on the goals of German Denis and they see the 20 year old Uruguayan as the long term solution.
The story was confirmed after he arrived at the Ata Hotel to sign the relevant paperwork and the fee is believed to be around the €1.5 million mark plus bonuses.
Bentancourt has been with current side PSV since the summer of 2011 although he has spent the entirety of that time with the reserve side, Jong PSV, and he has also represented the Uruguay U20 side on five occasions, scoring twice.
