Cheslea are apparently looking to make a double swoop for AC Milan pair Mario Balotelli and Mattia De Sciglio in the summer.

The Rossoneri struggling in Serie A at the moment and have just changed their coach, replacing Massimiliano Allegri with Clarence Seedorf, the Blues are looking to take advantage of the situation.

According to CaughtOffside.com, Jose Mourinho has his eye on Balotelli and De Sciglio and hopes that with a Champions League spot looking unlikely for Milan next season, he can tempt the club to sell.

Should that happen the Rossoneri may look to recoup some cash that they would thus miss out on.

De Sciglio is seen as a replacement for Branislav Ivanovic on the Blues right side, and Mourinho is also taken with his versatility as he can play on both flanks.

Meanwhile, Balotelli could be the striker Chelsea are looking for given the indifferent form of Demba Ba and Fernando Torres.
