Mirko Vucinic of Juventus could see himself heading to Premier League side Southampton in a transfer move that will reportedly have Pablo Osvaldo move the opposite way.

Osvaldo has been the centre of controversy ever since his big money move to the St. Mary’s last summer. Already serving a three match ban for an altercation with Alan Pardew, he recently gave team mate Jose Fonte a broken nose following a training ground bust up.

And now according to www.tuttomercatoweb.com, there might be a surprise exchange deal between Juventus and Southampton involving Vucinic and Osvaldo.

Vucinic, having made only 11 appearances this season, has failed to cement his position with the Old Lady owing to injuries and a promising partnership between Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente upfront.

Reports in Italy claim that the Montenegrin is unhappy with his limited playing time and wants to move elsewhere while Saints seem keen to get rid of their contentious Azzurri international centre forward.

It is also believed that the two parties will be meeting in the coming hours to discuss the possibility of a such a deal.
