The president of Paris Saint-Germain Nasser Al-Khelaifi spoke to Le Parisien about the clubs involvement in the January transfer market, and opted to comment on Paul Pogba and a possible move for the Juventus player in the future.

The French side have been heavily linked with the 20-year-old for most of the season, with both Al-Khelaifi and coach Laurent Blanc keen to sign the French youngster for the Paris outfit.

“He is a great player, and represents the future of France. However we won’t speak about him this winter market, maybe for next summer,” Al-Khelaifi commented

The PSG chief stated that he was content with the team they have formed under Blanc, and was focused on the current side rather than purchasing during the winter market.

“I’m not thinking of a particular player, I do not know what will happen in the coming weeks but I do not think we’ll purchases.

“Blanc has a two-year contract, I said that we will build together the history of PSG. His appointment was the best choice, I’m satisfied that we have great desire to continue together.”
