Juventus are reportedly looking to land Eintracht Frankfurt defender Marc-Oliver Kempf during the January transfer window.

The Bundesliga side’s sporting director, Bruno Hubner, has recently confirmed that the Bianconeri are interested in signing the 18-year-old on a six-month loan deal this month.

According to Kicker.de, the German club are asking that Juventus pay a fee of around €500,000 to sign the youngster on loan and will give the reigning Serie A champions the option to permanently buy him at the end of the season.

The centre back has struggled to make his way into Frankfurt’s first-team squad since starting his professional career with them in 2012 and has made a total of just two appearances with the senior team this term thus far.

Marc-Oliver Kempf currently has eight appearances with the Germany Under-19 national team and has received call ups for his country’s youth teams every year since making his debut with the Under-16 squad in 2010.
