Nemanja Vidic Manchester UnitedManchester United centre-back Nemanja Vidic is headed for a move to Inter this summer and may have already signed a two-year, €3.5 million contract with the Nerazzurri.

The 32-year old Serbian confirmed his desire to move away from the Red Devils at the end of his current contract and ruled out a move to another English club, preferring instead to call an end to his eight year run in the Premier League.

Rai Sport have revealed that Vidic has in fact already secretly taken a physical with Inter and the contract contains an automatic clause extending the deal to three years based on player appearances.

In a statement released on United’s official website, Vidic said, “I have decided that I will move on at the end of this season. I want to challenge myself again and try to make the best of myself in the coming years.”

Juventus, Monaco and Galatasary are also in the chase for the Manchester United captain though it looks like the Nerazzurri have the inside track to land Vidic.
