Gabbiadini – Sampdoria

Sampdoria forward Manolo Gabbiadini is being courted by AC Milan with the view of making an offer in the summer.

The 22 year-old has been the subject of intense speculation linking him with Roberto Mancini’s Galatasaray in recent weeks.

According to Sportmediaset.it the former Italian under-21 will also have the Rossoneri knocking at the door come June.

Gabbiadini is currently co-owned between Sampdoria and Juventus meaning both parties would have needed to be compensated.

Milan have Mario Balotelli and Giampaolo Pazzini and later decided there was no need for Alessandro Matri’s services.

A chance to play under former Sampdoria star Mancini in Turkey could be considered more attractive then a bench role at Milan.

Gabbiadini has played 25 matches in all competitions for the Genoese side this season scoring nine times.
