Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic is reportedly close to signing for Juventus.

The Croatian international is valued at €23 million having a standing four year contract with the reigning European champions earning a yearly salary of €3.5m. As Guardiola’s men have secured the services of current Dortmund player Robert Lewandowski, Mandzukic is most likely to leave the Bavarians in the summer.

According to calcio.it and Tuttosport, the Italian champions are rumored to have agreed in principle with the German giants for a fee ranging between €20-25 million.  The Old Lady are set to offer him an annual wage of €3m.

Mandzukic has been linked with Antonio Conte’s side since his impressive performances in Euro 2012. Having missed out on him a couple of years back, the Bianconeri would be keen on adding him to a side that may have to sell other attackers in the summer.

The Bundesliga top scorer has scored 19 goals and notched up five assists in all competitions attracting attention from various top clubs across Europe.
