Roma coach Rudi Garcia conceded that the 0-0 draw against Inter was the fairest result either team deserved.

Despite several chances, both sides played to a scoreless tie at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday.

“It’s the fairest result,” Garcia told Mediaset Premium.

“Inter played well especially in the first half. We could not win but at least we avoided defeat.

“We have had so many problems in the week with injuries. Tonight we were okay considering. For the Napoli game, we have to recover Maicon, Totti, Pjanic and Dodo. I hope to have them 100% for the San Paolo, it will change everything.

“Referees? It’s difficult to talk about certain topics, I prefer to talk about the game. Inter are a good team, I liked our reaction in the second half.”

The Giallorossi now risk slipping behind league leaders Juventus by 11 points with a game in hand on the Bianconeri.
