There are ten fascinating fixtures ahead in round 27 of the Serie A season.

The round begins in Udine as Udinese host A.C Milan.

The Zebrette were convincingly beaten in round 26, 3-0 at Cagliari.

Milan meanwhile lost at home to Juventus 2-0, in an exciting match at the San Siro.

The late game on Saturday sees Catania entertain Cagliari.

The home side have lost back to back games in Serie A, to Chievo and Genoa, and sit 19th in Serie A.

Cagliari earned a morale boosting 3-0 home victory over Udinese in round 26, ending a run of six matches without a win.

The early kick off on Sunday sees two old rivals go head to head as Juventus play host Fiorentina.

Juve extended their lead at the top of the table to 11 points, after a hard fought victory away at Milan.

Fiorentina were not at their best last time out as they were beaten at home against Lazio.

There is added spice to this game as the two sides are set to meet in the last 16 of the Europa League later this month.

There are six games on Sunday afternoon, with the highlight being Inter’s game at the San Siro against Torino.

Inter have no lost in their last four in the league and earned a good point away at Roma in round 26.

Torino surprisingly lost at home to Sampdoria last time out, a setback in their hunt for European football.

Lazio entertain Atalanta in Rome, with both sides looking to build on recent good performances.

The home side go into the game off the back of two consecutive wins against Sassuolo and Fiorentina.

Atalanta meanwhile beat Chievo 2-1 in Bergamo last time out, ending any fears of relegation this season.

There is a huge relegation battle at the Dall’Ara as Bologna host Sassuolo.

Bologna earned what could a vital point last time out, as they drew away at Verona.

After five successive defeats, Sassuolo fired coach Alberto Malesani this week and has reinstated his predecessor Eusebio Di Francesco.

Chievo welcome Genoa to the Bentegodi, hoping to earn all three points.

The Gialloblu lost in round 26 away at Atalanta, leaving them above the relegation zone only due to their superior goal difference over Livorno.

Genoa meanwhile beat Catania last time out, extending their unbeaten run to four Serie A games.

Two of the surprise packages in Serie A this season go head to head as Parma play Verona.

Parma surpassed their club record unbeaten run last week, with a 1-0 victory over Sassuolo.

Verona missed the chance to close the gap to both Parma and Inter in round 26, as they were held to a disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Bologna.

Sampdoria entertain Livorno off the back of an impressive result in round 26.

Il Doria were 2-0 victors at Torino last time out, thanks in part to a superb Manolo Gabbiadini free kick.

Livorno also picked up a great result last time out, as they claimed a point at home to Napoli.

The round finishes on Sunday night with a huge game in Naples as Napoli take on Roma, in a game that could decide who finishes second in the league.

The home side have Gonzalo Higuain and Raul Albiol back from suspension for the game.

Roma were unable to get past a solid Inter defence in their 0-0 draw last weekend.

The game has added edge as Napoli beat Roma in the Coppa Italia semi-finals last month to book their place in the final in May.
