Serie A LogoSpread over three days, there are ten more great fixtures in round 28 of the Serie A season.

The round begins on Saturday night as Verona take on Inter

The homes side have endured a difficult spell of late, having only won once in their last five league games.

Inter have improved of recently and have not lost in five Serie A matches.

The early game on Sunday is in Bergamo, as Atalanta host Sampdoria.

Atalanta earned a surprising 1-0 victory at Lazio last time out.

Sampdoria meanwhile came back from 0-2 down to beat Livorno 4-2 in round 27.

There are only four games on Sunday afternoon, the highlight being Parma’s trip to the San Siro to play AC Milan.

The homes side have lost their last three games in all competitions and were knocked out of the Champions League by Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night.

Parma beat Verona in round 27, to extend their unbeaten run in the league to 15 matches.

Cagliari are in good form as they entertain Lazio.

The Sardinian outfit have not lost in their last three Serie A matches.

Lazio’s off the field troubles seemed to take its toil as at an empty Olimpico they lost to Atalanta at the weekend.

There is a big relegation battle at the Armando Picchi as Livorno take on Bologna.

The homes side are in poor form having only won one of their last six games in the league.

Bologna are struggling in front of goal, as they have not scored in their last four Serie A matches.

In could be the last chance for Sassuolo or Catania to get themselves out of troubles as they go head to head.

The return of Eusebio Di Francesco could not earn Sassuolo a win last time out as they drew at Bologna.

Catania meanwhile have failed to win in their last three games in the league, having earned a point against Cagliari in round 27.

There are two late matches on Sunday night, with Juventus traveling to Genoa and Fiorentina hosting Chievo.

Juve all but secured their third straight Serie A title with a 1-0 home win over Fiorentina in round 27 as Roma dropped more points.

Genoa meanwhile were denied a point at Chievo, as Alberto Paloschi scored an injury time penalty.

Fiorentina go into their game on a high having earned a 1-1 draw at the Juventus stadium in their Europa League last 16 first leg against the Italian champions.

Chievo meanwhile eased their relegation worries with a late 2-1 victory over Genoa last time out.

Napoli travel to Turin on Monday evening to face Torino.

The home side have faltered of late, having lost their last three games in the league.

Napoli meanwhile were defeated 1-0 in Porto in the Europa League during the week.

The round finishes off on Monday night in Rome as Roma host Udinese.

Roma could well have ended their scudetto hopes last week as they lost 2-0 away at Napoli.

Udinese were convincingly beaten 3-0 in Sardinia by Cagliari in round 27.
