There are ten more exciting fixtures ahead in round 29 of the Serie A season.

The round begins in Turin as Torino host Livorno.

The home side have been in poor form of late having lost their last four matches in Serie A.

Livorno, meanwhile, have improved under new coach Mimmo Di Carlo and beat relegation rivals Bologna 2-1 last time out.

The late game on Saturday is in Verona as Chievo take on Roma.

The homes side were beaten 3-1 in Florence during round 28.

Roma will be looking to sure up second spot but will be without the trio of Daniele De Rossi, Federico Balzaretti and Kevin Strootman for the game at the Bentegodi.

The early games on Sunday sees Parma entertain Genoa.

Roberto Donadoni’s side earned a memorable 4-2 victory at the San Siro against AC Milan in round 28.

Genoa were denied a point at home to Juventus by a late Andrea Pirlo free kick at the weekend.

There are only four games on Sunday afternoon with the highlight being Inter’s game against Atalanta.

Inter took a big stride towards European football with a 2-0 victory against Verona in round 28.

Atalanta will provide difficult opposition however, having won their last three games in the league.

Bologna take on Cagliari at the Dall’Ara looking for a much needed boost to their campaign.

The Rossoblu have not won in their last five matches in Serie A and are still firmly in the relegation zone.

Cagliari meanwhile were beaten 2-0 by Lazio in Sardinia last time out.

Verona take on Sampdoria at the Luigi Ferraris hoping to regain some form.

The newly promoted side are without a win in the league in their last four matches.

Sampdoria meanwhile were comfortably beaten away in Bergamo 3-0 against Atalanta in round 28.

Udinese host Sassuolo with the sides coming into the game off the back of differing results.

The home side will count themselves unlucky that they did not take a point from their visit to Rome to play Roma last time out, after an impressive display by the Zebrette.

Sassuolo picked up what could be a crucial victory, 3-1 at home to Catania last time out.

The early evening game on Sunday is at the San Paolo as Napoli face Fiorentina.

The home side were knocked out of the Europa League on Thursday, 3-2, over the two legs against Portuguese side Porto.

Fiorentina suffered the same fate as they lost 1-0 on the night and 2-1 on aggregate against Juventus.

There are two games on Sunday night to round off the weekend with Lazio taking on Milan and Catania entertaining Juve.

Lazio continued their impressive form under Edy Reja with a win over Cagliari in round 28.

Milan suffered defeat to Parma last time out, their fourth consecutive loss in all competitions.

Juve travel to bottom of the table Catania after eliminating fellow Italian side Fiorentina in the last 16 of the Europe League on Thursday.

The defending Serie A champions are unbeaten in the league since they lost in Florence back in October.

Catania meanwhile have lost three of their last four games in the league and are currently four points from safety.
