AC Milan midfielder Adel Taarabt has revealed that his main objective is to make a name for himself at the Serie A side.

The 24-year-old, who joined the Rossoneri on loan from Queens Park Rangers in January until the end of the season, is set on proving himself to both the fans and club executives by the end of the campaign as he hopes to sign a permanent deal with the Diavolo this summer.

Taarabt spoke to Forza Milan magazine about his wishes to remain in Milan and insisted that the pressure of belonging to a big club makes him stronger on the pitch.

“I’m ready to please our fans,” said the Moroccan international, who has scored two goals in his five Serie A appearances for the club this season thus far.

“The pressure makes me stronger and these final months will be critical because I want to convince the club to sign me to a permanent deal.

“I’m at AC Milan, one of the biggest clubs in the world, and I want to establish myself here. It’s my goal.”
