Clarence Seedorf could be relieved of his coaching duties sooner rather than later as AC Milan and the tactician have planned the terms for their possible divorce.

Seedorf’s tenure on the bench at the San Siro has been tumultuous to say the least.  Poor results upon his takeover from Massimiliano Allegri caused many to believe the Dutchman would  be sacked just months into his reign.  Not even an upturn in results, Milan are unbeaten in 5 matches and within touching distance of a Europa League finish, seems to have quieted the rumbling on the Milan bench.

According to Panorama, Milan and the Dutchman have already decided on a severance package should the two sides part ways.  The agreement will see the coach receive one of the two years remaining on his contract (€2.5 million) as well as a €1 million bonus to walk away. The amount would equal roughly what Milan will receive for participating in a summer tournament in the United States.

Clarence Seedorf has a contract with the Rossoneri which runs out in 2016.  Possible replacements have already been lined up with youth team coach Filippo Inzaghi the most likely candidate to take the job.
