Catania full-back Gino Peruzzi might be an option for AC Milan if one of their full-backs leave the club in the summer.
Since coming from a severe knee injury that kept him sidelined for the first two months of the season, the Argentinian has played 19 Serie A matches and managed one goal.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 21-year-old would become a real target if one of Mattia De Sciglio, who recently stated that he would not oppose a transfer away from the club, or Ignazio Abate, whose contract expires in 2015, is sold.
Before a knee injury earlier in the season, Peruzzi was a target of Manchester City and Inter, with the other Milanese club also thinking about reigniting a move for the Argentine.
Peruzzi joined Catania from Velez Sarsfield last summer for €3.4 million.
