Bologna coach Davide Ballardini said that his Rossoblu side can only worry about themselves as they look to survive in Serie A.

The 1-0 defeat away to Juventus leaves Bologna in 18th place and level on points with Sassuolo on 28 points although Ballardini felt the Felsinei played well against the league leaders.

“We can only worry about ourselves,” said Ballardini to Mediaset in his post-match comments.

“Bologna have got to do our own job, the rest don’t interest us.

“I don’t know how many points it will take to stay up.

“Our players are all very serious and they know what they need to do.”

Ballardini also spoke more specifically about the Rossoblu’s loss to Juventus via Paul Pogba’s solitary goal:

“Tonight Bologna competed in a good game, we could have been better breaking forwards, but overall the team played well.”

Bologna have Fiorentina, Genoa, Catania and Lazio still to face as they look to avoid relegation.
