Fiorentina will be short of the redemption fee on the second half of the price tag set by Udinese for Juan Cuadrado, but the 25-year old Colombian remains at the centre of attraction of top European clubs.

The Colombian is enjoying a very fine season in Florence and expected to leave Fiorentina in the summer for a very hefty price to one of Europe’s top clubs.

Transfer Market Web (TMW) has revealed that Barcelona scouts examined the performance of Cuadrado at the Artemio Franchi last Sunday, whereas Mundo Deportivo has claimed that the representatives of Manchester United also took a close look at the Colombian this weekend.

Cuadrado has played 36 games in all competitions for the Viola in this season so far, and scored nine goals.
