Hellas Verona’s midfielder Romulo may be ready to commit his future to the Mastini.
The Brazilian playmaker, who is enjoying a productive season under Andrea Mandorlini, is on loan from Fiorentina.
TuttoMercatoWeb believe that the player’s agent will be travelling to Italy within the next week to help thrash out a deal between the two interested parties.
It seems that although other clubs have shown interest in signing the former Cruzeiro man, his future is likely to be in Italy, though it is unclear whether the Viola will try and retain his services or Verona will be able to make the deal permanent.
Alex Fermin, acting as Romulo’s agent, will arrive on April 12 in order to initiate proceedings between the two clubs.
Romulo has made himself a fundamental part of Mandorlini’s side this season, playing thirty-one times and scoring five goals – more than he managed in either of his seasons in Florence.
