Juventus coach Antonio Conte has reportedly rejected the chance to take over from countryman Claudio Ranieri at Monaco next season.

The French club are currently second in the Ligue 1 and on track for Champions League qualification after being promoted this season, but Ranieri’s future at the club is still in doubt.

Panorama report that Conte, whose own future remains unclear, has no interest in taking over the French side in the near future as he has unfinished business with the Bianconeri.

The Juventus legend will only be swayed by a possible move to a top English Premier League if he is to move from Turin, and Manchester United may pose as a realistic destination.

Conte’s failure in the Champions League this season is seen as one of the factors of him staying on with Juventus for next season at least, with the Scudetto winner intent on making a real charge at it next season.
