Juventus will reportedly be looking to swap forward Sebastian Giovinco for Liverpool defender Daniel Agger this summer.

The 27-year-old Giovinco, who has struggled for playing time at Juventus this season due to the abundance of forwards in the Bianconeri squad, was already linked with a move away from the club during this season’s January transfer window, but the club ultimately decided to keep him, though they may now have different plans for him at the end of the campaign.

According to CaughtOffside, Juve will be looking to use the Italian international in a possible swap deal for the 29-year-old Liverpool defender, who has also been followed by Napoli in recent months.

The Old Lady’s proposal, however, may fall short despite Liverpool’s previous interest in Giovinco due to Agger’s important role in the Premier League team’s line up and the fact that his current contract isn’t set to expire until June 2016.
