The agent of Manchester City midfielder Javi Garcia has denied that Inter or any other Italian team has contacted him regarding the availability of his client.
The 27-year-old Spanish is rumoured to be leaving the English club at the end of the season but his agent has denied reports he is set to move to Italy.
“It is not true, there is absolutely nothing, no contact at all,” Garcia Quillon told Calciomercato.com.
“Nobody called me, moving to Inter is not a plausible option.
“There is nothing from Italy, only journalistic rumours.”
The agent confirmed that some clubs are pursuing Javi Garcia but that he will stay at City.
“Some English clubs are concretely interested.
“Anyway, there is no problem: he still has three years on his contract with City and intends to honour them.
“He will stay at City without the shadow of a doubt.”
