Juventus director general Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta has responded to claims that the Old Lady could sell Paul Pogba by insisting that the reigning Serie A champions are a club looks to keep their players.

The 21-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked to both Paris Saint Germain and former club Manchester United in recent months, and Bianconeri captain Gianluigi Buffon has also admitted that a move could be in store for the young French international, though Marotta has seemingly denied this.

Marotta recently spoke to the media about the rumours regarding Pogba’s future and hinted that Juve will be looking to keep him this summer.

“I understand the words of Buffon concerning Pogba,” said the Juventus chief.

“Our club, however, is one of those clubs that buys and does not sell.”

Pogba, who joined the Italian side from the Red Devils in 2012, has scored six goals in his 31 league appearances for the Bianconeri this campaign thus far.
