Ezequiel Garay BenficaAccording to reports in Italy Napoli coach Rafael Benitez will continue to reshape his defensive back-line by attempting to bring in Benfica centre-back Ezequiel Garay during the summer transfer window.

The Argentinean has been key component for the Portuguese club this season as they finally look set to clinch another league title after the recent dominance of rivals Porto, and could also play a key role for his country at the World Cup finals in Brazil.

However, his recent good form will come at a cost, with TuttoSport reporting that the Partenopei may need to part with as much as €20million to release him from his current contract and see off some competition from several major European clubs.

Since arriving in Lisbon in 2011 the defender has made 114 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring 11 times, but only has a Taca da Liga winners medal from his time in the capital.
