Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has wished Azzurri fans a Happy Easter by making a joke about the Coppa Italia.
The Partenopei will be facing Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia final at the Stadio Olimpico on May 3 and the Naples side may have a challenge ahead of them as the Viola are expected to possibly have both Giuseppe Rossi and Mario Gomez back in their starting line up by then.
Hamsik spoke to Sky Sport Italia during a recent event that was hosted by Napoli and made an Easter joke involving the Coppa Italia, while also wishing the club’s fans a happy holiday.
“I want to wish all of our fans well. I hope to find the Coppa Italia in one of the Easters eggs,” joked the Slovakian international.
Napoli were able to secure a 2-1 victory in the first meeting with Fiorentina this season on October 30, but were defeated 1-0 by the Gigliati in the most recent match between the two sides on March 23.
