Roma president James Pallotta stated that the other Serie A teams should emulate Juventus and Roma to bring the League back to the old glory.

In particular, the executive refers to the stadium of property, which they expect to be built in two years.

“We bought an extremely undervalued asset, at the end of the day we are speaking of Rome, one of the most famous cities of all time,” Pallotta told Reuters on Tuesday.

“Italian football was the number one in the past and will return to those levels when everybody will realise what Juventus did and what we are trying to do with the stadium.

“In Italy there are six to eight teams that might be competitive in the next years.

“If we managed to build the stadium in the prearranged times, it would be great advantage not only in the domestic matches, but also in the European ones.”
