AC Milan captain Riccardo Montolivo believes that the Rossoneri have to win all of their remaining fixtures in order to qualify for the Europa League after defeating Catania 1-0 on Sunday night.
Montolivo spoke following his match winning performance against Catania in which his 30 yard drive was the winning goal, ensuring the Rossoneri of their fourth consecutive victory.
“We have made too many mistakes this season, we cannot help others, we just have to win them all,” Montolivo told SportMediaset after the match.
“I am happy to be playing and scoring decisive goals, the other games are of no interest to me.
“Catania are still a dangerous team and it is strange to see them at the bottom of the league after making things so difficult for us this evening.”
Milan will square off against Livorno next Saturday at the San Siro.
