Serious crowd trouble has been reported ahead of the showpiece with Partenopei supporters allegedly attacking the police.
According to Italian news agency ANSA, two men have been injured by gunfire, one a Napoli fan who has been shot in the chest and the other a police officer who was struck in the hand.
The Napoli supporter is currently in hospital and in critical condition.
In the Tor di Quinto area of Rome where Napoli fans have gathered, they reportedly tried to pass security barriers when trouble began.
