Roma have agreed a deal with Sky Sport Italia that will see the capital club take to the field for their final two games of the season with shirts bearing the media company’s logo.

With the Giallorossi set to make their return to the Champions League next season, Sky Italia reportedly struck the deal as a means of celebrating the club’s recent success.

Furthermore, the media giant are also keen to strengthen their long-standing ties with Italian football and capture the nation’s attention before the 2014/15 season, for which Sky have exclusive rights to 128 Champions League matches.

Roma’s remaining fixtures see them welcome recently-crowned champions Juventus to the Stadio Olimpico on 11 May before they travel to Genoa on 18 May.

While there is little left to play for in terms of league positions as Roma sealed their second-placed finish with time to spare, Rudi Garcia’s men will still undoubtedly want to give a good account of themselves and provide their home fans with a fitting finale to what has been a magnificent season.
