Serie A LogoIt may be the last weekend of the Serie A season, but there is still plenty of action ahead in round 38.

The round begins on Saturday night in Udine, as Udinese host Sampdoria.

Both teams are comfortably in mid table, but have failed to impress this season.

Udinese picked up a point at Verona in round 37, while Sampdoria were beaten at home to Napoli.

There are three games on Sunday afternoon, with the top two both in action.

Juventus only need a point at home to Cagliari to get the three figures in the Serie A campaign.

The Italian champions beat Roma last time out thanks to a late Pablo Osvaldo winner.

Cagliari have lost their last two Serie A matches without scoring a goal.

Roma travel to Genoa looking to end the season on a high.

The home side have failed to win in their last seven Serie A matches, since beating Lazio in late March.

The Giallorossi lost at home to Juventus in round 37, their first defeat at the Olimpico this season.

Already relegated Catania host Atalanta in Sicily.

The Rossazzurri were doomed to Serie B last weekend, despite winning at Bologna.

Even though Atalanta won at home to Milan last time out, there have no chance of securing a place in Europe next season.

The Serie A season ends on Sunday night with six exciting matches.

Fiorentina host Torino in a huge game for the away team.

Torino just need to equal Parma’s result to clinch the final Europa league spot.

In round 37 Fiorentina beat Livorno, 1-0, to secure fourth place in Serie A.

Parma may get into Europe for the first time in eight years if they beat Livorno.

The home side know they must claim all three points to have any chance of overhauling Torino to sixth place.

Livorno lost their Serie A status in round 37 with defeat to their local rivals Fiorentina.

AC Milan have an outside chance of sixth place when they take on Sassuolo at the San Siro.

The Rossoneri must beat the Neroverdi and hope that Torino lose and Parma fail to win.

Sassuolo earned Serie A survival in round 37 with a 4-2 home victory over Genoa.

Chievo host Inter with both teams winning last time out.

The flying donkeys went to Sardinia and beat Cagliari 1-0.

Inter beat Lazio 4-1 in round 37 to secure European football in Javier Zanetti’s last game at the San Siro.

Verona could still finish sixth as they travel to Naples to play Napoli.

Hellas may regret conceding a last minute equaliser to Udinese last time out, which realistically ended their chances of being in the Europa League next season.

Napoli were involved in a thrilling match in round 37 as they beat Sampdoria 5-2.

Lazio entertain Bologna with both teams suffering disappointment last week.

Lazio were heavily beaten at the San Siro against Inter, which ended their hopes of being in Europe next season.

While Bologna were relegated to Serie B after their defeat to Catania last time out.
