Atalanta have confirmed the signing of defender Boukary Drame on a free transfer after his contract with Chievo expired.
The 28-year-old Senegal international is believed to have signed a three year deal with the Orobici.
A brief statement on the club’s official website stated that they had acquired the sporting rights of the defender who had spent the last three years with Chievo.
The left sided player, who is capable in midfield or defence began his career at Paris Saint-Germain before he left to join FC Sochaux in 2007.
At Sochaux he struggled to hold down a first team place due to injuries and he was sent on loan to Real Sociedad in 2008.
