AC Milan have finally completed the signing of Adil Rami from Valencia after weeks of negotiations.
The Frenchman spent the better part of last season with the Rossoneri on loan with a view of a permanent switch.
Milan have now announced through their official website the acquisition of Adil Rami on a three year contract.
“AC Milan would like to communicate that it has bought Adil Rami from Valencia. Rami’s signed a contract until the 30 June 2017.”
Having refused to exercise their initial purchase option Milan have been working on reducing the fee to less than €4 million.
However the Spanish side have been reluctant to accept and there are rumours that Rami had to contribute €500,000 himself.
Rami played a total of 22 matches for the San Siro side scoring three goals in the process.
