A potential move concerning Stephan El Shaarawy leaving AC Milan for Real Madrid has been dismissed by his brother and agent ruling out any links with the Spanish Giants.

El Shaarawy is not unfamiliar to transfer speculation as last summer saw a number of reports suggesting the 21-year-old forward would depart from the San Siro in favor of a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal leading the chase for his signature.

During an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss, Manuel El Shaarawy addressed his clients link with Real Madrid.

“I read about this alleged interest from Real Madrid for El Shaarawy,” Manuel El Shaarawy said.

“But I think that I can say without any doubt that Stephan will remain at Milan. Now is the time to talk about the field and this field will be San Siro.”

“El Shaarawy has a wonderful relationship with Pippo Inzaghi, who has always believed in him and in his potential. Between the two there is a wonderful relationship, of this I am sure.”

El Shaarawy struggled to remain fit during Milan’s 2013-2014 campaign suffering a foot injury in the first half of last season which would ultimately see him kept out of Cesare Prandelli’s World Cup squad.
