The young Costa Rican forward impressed at the recent World Cup in Brazil, and was an integral part of a Costa Rican side that reached the Quarter-Finals.
With Arsenal having numerous attacking options available to them for next season, SportMediaset report that the Rossoneri are ready to offer first team football in order to secure the youngster.
The club hope to sign Campbell on a loan deal with the option to purchase the 22 year old at the end of the season.
The deal to sign Campbell would hinge on the sale of Robinho as the former Real Madrid star has been linked with Olympiacos as a replacement for Campbell himself.
Campbell made 31 appearances for Olympiacos while on loan last season while netting eight goals.
