Parma striker Ishak Belfodil has stated that he wants to redeem himself from the unsuccessful last season.
Beldofil had a torrid first half of the last season with Inter after completing €7.5 million move from Parma in the summer, before a highly unsuccessful loan spell at Livorno with the Algerian striker failing to score a single goal in 25 Serie A appearances.
“I am happy to be back, here in Parma. I have discovered a motivated group,” Belfodil told Sky Sport Italia.
“Our objective is to have a good season and certainly to make Europe.
“Last season didn’t go well for me from the start. In the failure, I might also be culpable.
“I had no motivation at Inter and this aspect makes the difference in the performance of the player.”
The 22-year-old is back at Parma for the upcoming Serie A campaign.
