Cardiff City have put a €13 million price-tag on the head of star midfielder and Inter target Gary Medel.
The 26-year-old Chilean international was a strong performer for the Welsh side last year, but could not prevent them from being relegated to the Championship.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Inter have made an loan offer made up of €1m given to Cardiff for the duration of the loan, with a set fee of €8m if the Nerazzurri wish to purchase Medel permanently at the end of the loan period.
It is being reported that Cardiff are not interested in any temporary offers, and are holding out for €13 million if Medel is to leave.
Medel signed for the Welsh club last summer, and made 34 appearances in the Premier League last season.
