New Lazio defender Stefan De Vrij has revealed he ‘has a good feeling’ about his move to the Serie A outfit.
The 22 year old Dutch international officially completed his move to the Aquile from Feyenoord yesterday, and admits he was convinced by Lazio officials that this was the right move for him.
“I did not make the decision to transfer to Lazio from just one day to another,” De Vrij confirmed to Sky Sport Italia.
“It was a carefully weighed decision after many interviews conducted with the club, with whom I had a good feeling about from the beginning.”
The Oranje defender may be joined at the club by his international teammate, after it is being reported that Lazio have turned their attention to Aston Villa star Ron Vlaar.
