Udinese veteran Antonio Di Natale has backed Roberto Pereyra to star for Juventus, after recently sealing a switch to the Turin giants.
Pereya has made over 100 appearances in the past three seasons at Udinese, and Di Natale says his will be sorely missed.
“There are few midfielders like Roberto around,” he told Tuttosport.
“He is a star. I’m convinced that Pereyra will be great at Juventus – just like what happened to [former Udinese winger Alexis] Sanchez at Barcelona.
“He will not suffer the jump to a big club.”
Pereyra becomes Massimilano Allegri’s second signing since taking charge at the club, following the capture of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid.
