Fiorentina are closing in on the signature of Sassuolo attacking midfielder Jasmin Kurtic.
The 25 year old Slovenian international spent the second half of last season on loan at Torino and was impressive as the Granata qualified for the Europa League.
Sport Italia reveal that Sassuolo will allow Kurtic to move to Fiorentina as soon as they find a suitable replacement for the midfielder.
The Slovenian star has one year left on his current deal and Sassuolo would prefer to sell him now rather than lose him on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Kurtic scored twice in his 18 appearances for Torino last season.
