Zarko Pelicic, agent of Fiorentina defender Stefan Savic, has revealed that his client is being pursued by Juventus and is open to begin negotiations with the Turin side.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a transfer to the Bianconeri in recent weeks with reports indicating that he may be included in a swap deal that would see Juve defender Mauricio Isla join the Viola, though his agent wouldn’t confirm the exact details of a possible deal.
Pelicic spoke to Tuttosport about the the Old Lady’s interest in the Fiorentina man and admitted that other European clubs have been monitoring him as well.
“Yes, Juventus are on the trail of my client,” said the agent. “We’re looking forward and are ready to negotiate when this transaction enters more serious stages.
“I would also like to add that, in addition to Juve, Savic has also caught the attention of several other European clubs.”
